July Gail’s History Tales to be performed at Destin
Elementary, Destin Middle, Bluewater Elementary and Ruckel Middle
schools. A special evening performance adapted for adults will

Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation was awarded a state touring grant
through the Florida Arts Council. Ms. Gail’s artfully told
