Bruce Collier
is a native of Ohio, and has also lived in San Diego, New York,
and New Orleans. This, and his degrees in theatre and law, has
stimulated his interest in acting and eating well. Bruce loves
jazz trumpet, French literature, and "King of the Hill."
As our restaurant critic, it's important that Bruce maintains
his anonymity, hence the hat. |
